Activity/Reflection

I invite you to open your journal and do the following exercises to make sure the information is embodied.

The "Busy" Badge: How often do you say you're "busy" or "stressed" as a default answer? Do you feel pressure to always be doing something, even if you're exhausted? Why do we often wear "busy" like a badge of honor?

If "busy" was a sport, we'd all have gold medals and zero free time to polish them.

Your "Anti-Bingo Card": Instead of what you "should" do, what are 3-5 things you genuinely crave for your life, even if they're unconventional or "unproductive" by traditional standards? (e.g., more downtime, creative pursuits, deep conversations, quiet contemplation).

Performance Review of Happiness: On a scale of 1-10, how genuinely joyful do you feel on a regular day when nobody's watching? What small things chip away at that joy? Are you living for "likes" or genuine connection? Evaluate every single task of your day.

Think: When you're alone, what thoughts or feelings surface that you usually push away when you're around others? Do you often feel like you're putting on a "show"?
