Activity/Reflection
I invite you to open your journal and do the following exercises to make sure the information is embodied.
The "Energy Magnet" List: Think back to times you felt truly alive, absorbed, and joyful. What were you doing? What topics light you up in conversation? What problems do you instinctively want to solve? These aren't random; they're breadcrumbs leading to your passions and purpose. List at least three such instances or interests.
Small Steps, Big Ripples: Living your purpose doesn't mean quitting your job tomorrow and moving to a mountain. It starts with tiny, intentional shifts. What's one small action you can take this week that aligns more with your authentic self and less with an external expectation? Remember, this is something attainable within your current resources! (e.g., dedicate an hour to a forgotten hobby, say "no" to an obligation that drains you, spend time in nature, read a book on a topic you love, just because).
Think: This is where empowerment kicks in. Every "yes" to your true self is a "no" to the conditioning and programming, and that's powerful.
